We’re calling Sandals’ bluff on their latest revolutionary announcement debuting on April 1, 2019.
Sandals announced its latest creation via Instagram and several other travel outlets including Travel Pulse Canada. However, the team at Beach.com is not entirely sold on the over-the-top (and admittedly awesome) new concept. If not in the works just yet, we’re hoping Sandals has in fact pulled this creation off.
Just last month, we broke the news of the The Royalton’s overwater bungalows in Antigua, but now there’s something even more eyebrow raising. Cue the first-ever overwater, three-tier, glass-bottom pool. According to the released illustration, you can take an elevator up to the third deck, which doubles as a whirlpool, for panoramic views of the Caribbean. On the second tier, you can sip cocktails in the pool, equipped with a swim-up bar. And, feel free to leisurely swim around the glass-bottom, glass-edge main pool that sits just above the sea.
Too good to be true? We’ll let you decide on this one. Sandals is leaving some major details in their supposed April 1, 2019 launch up to the imagination, including information like the exact location, or how to visit.
