Just minutes away is downtown Cabo San Lucas, with lots of laid-back bars and restaurants, great shopping, concerts, and a lively nightlife scene. Many tours and activities are available from Cabo, including whale watching, glass bottom boat tours, ATV tours, diving, snorkeling, kayaking, flyboarding, zip lining, deep sea fishing, and swimming with dolphins.

The most famous image from the southernmost point of the Baja Peninsula is the Arch of Cabo San Lucas, a spectacular rock formation that juts out into the sea. Take a water taxi across to Land’s End, and then spend some time on gorgeous Lover’s Beach, snorkel, scuba dive, and watch the sea lions.

Just 30 minutes away is the charming town of San José del Cabo. Check out the sandy beaches, colonial architecture, lively art scene, great restaurants, and quaint cobblestone streets. Just east of the city is San José Estuary, a nature reserve with a variety of bird species.
