Stay three nights or more and you can use your resort credit for unlimited golf on the 27-hole Jack Nicklaus Golf course, only pay the cart fee per person, per round. Cancún is rich with natural wonders and ancient history. For an easy day of exploring, simply head to one of Cancún’s beautiful beaches outside your resort—kids will love the playground at Playa Delfines or the jungle walk to reach the beach in Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve. Take the Gran Puerto Cancún Ultramar ferry in Puerto Juarez to Isla Mujeres, just a few minutes away from downtown Cancún. Once on the island, enjoy the soft, white sand and topaz water of Playa Norte.

Next, head to the MUSA Underwater Sculpture Museum to peruse underwater sculptures made for promoting coral life. Hop on a glass-bottom boat to glimpse the wonders below or pick up a tank and SCUBA equipment and take to the ocean yourself. If you’re visiting Cancún during the summer months and plan ahead, you may even get the chance to swim alongside whale sharks.  Take a trip back in time by exploring ancient Mayan ruins at Ek’ Balam, Chichen Itza or beachside ruins at the Yucatán’s boho destination, Tulum.  Finally, a trip to Mexico wouldn’t be complete without a refreshing dip in one of its many crystal-clear cenotes.
